How do online consultations work?
All consultations are conducted remotely by Tersia Herbst via WhatsApp voice or video call (WhatsApp only: 082 265 7645). Once you book and complete payment online, Tersia coordinates directly with you to schedule your session at a time convenient for you.
How long does courier delivery take across South Africa?
Western Cape deliveries generally arrive within 1–2 business days. Major provincial metropolitan centers (Gauteng, Durban, Gqeberha) take 2–4 business days. Regional and remote destinations take 4–7 business days. You will receive an SMS and email with live courier waybill tracking.
What payment methods does PayFast support?
Through our PayFast gateway, we accept Instant EFT (FNB, ABSA, Standard Bank, Nedbank, Capitec, Investec), Capitec Pay, Visa & Mastercard credit/debit cards, and Masterpass. Transactions are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.
Can NixPain be applied directly onto open wounds?
No. NixPain and our essential oil blends are formulated for closed skin, healed scar tissue, bruising, and intact skin. Do not apply onto fresh bleeding wounds or open surgical incisions before the sutures have been removed and initial skin closure has completed.
Are these remedies safe for babies and toddlers?
We specifically formulate gentle blends for children (such as Tiny Teethers and SOS PG Blend). Always adhere to the recommended age indicators on each bottle (e.g. 3m+ or 6m+) and refer to our Dilution Guide on the Learn page.
